There was no Photoshop here (apart from resizing and sharpening). It's all to do with panning. You need the shutter speed to be a bit slower than it would to catch a sharp shot with no movement (I favor around 1/60sec for fairly slow stuff like bicycles). Prefocus on a spot on the road, and then when your subject reaches it, release the shutter, following their movement with the lens for the duration of the shot. You need to match their movement exactly to keep them sharp. Thanks again for your interest!
